AQ102: 600 mV Reference/amplifier

The AQ102 is a low voltage reference/amplifier suited for the control loop of low voltage power supplies. In order to allow operation down to very low voltages, the error amplifier output and the supply terminal have been isolated to separate functional pins. The nominal reference voltage is 600mV, the COMP output can sink 20mA at 300mV.

AQ4041: 1.225V Shunt Reference

The AQ4041 is a low voltage shunt reference. A 40uA turn-on current allows for design of systems with low power consumption.

AQ431L: 1.24V Shunt Reference

The AQ431L is a low voltage reference/amplifier suited for the control loop of low voltage power supplies. Functionally similar to the ubiquitous TL431, the AQ431L has a lower 1.24V reference and a much wider range of operating currents. Particular care was taken in the design to minimize overshoot at startup and to give higher DC gain and AC bandwidth for applications where the AQ431L is used as an amplifier.

AQ431R: 2.5V Shunt Reference

The AQ431R is a 24V, 50mA cost-reduced replacement for most 431 applications. This design brings uncompromised electrical performance within its range; elimination of the instability of standard 431s with capacitive load also makes this 431 easier to apply or retrofit for cost reductions.
